Network and Systems Administrator

Profession Network and Systems Administrator City Horsens Denmark We are currently seeking a highly skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Horsens Denmark. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our companys network and system infrastructure to ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise and implementing solutions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities Maintain and monitor our companys network infrastructure including switches routers firewalls and servers

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and implement solutions

Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance

Ensure data backup processes are functioning properly

Manage user accounts and permissions on the network

Install new hardware and software as needed

Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology to propose improvements for the network and systems infrastructure

Provide technical support to end-users as needed

Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role

Strong knowledge of networking protocols security principles and server operating systems WindowsLinux

Experience with virtualization technologies VMwareHyper-V

Familiarity with cloud computing AzureAWS is a plus

Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes of issues quickly

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary This is a contract job with a salary of 1700$ per month.
