Data Analytics Specialist

The Data Analytics Specialist will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our company This individual will work closely with various departments to identify key business metrics and trends develop data models and algorithms and create visualizations and reports to communicate findings The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis statistical modeling and programming languages such as Python or R They should also have excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner

Responsibilities Analyze large datasets using statistical models and algorithms

Identify trends patterns and insights to improve business operations

Develop data models to forecast future trends

Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs

Utilize programming languages Python R for data manipulation and analysis

Develop strategies for collecting organizing and interpreting data

Implement quality control procedures to ensure accuracy of data analysis

Stay updated on industry advancements in data analytics techniques

Requirements Bachelors degree in Data Analytics Computer Science Statistics or related field

Proven experience in data analysis or related role

Strong knowledge of statistical methods and tools

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R

Experience with databases SQL preferred

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively

Attention to detail and accuracy
