Profession Driver City Faroe-Islands We are hiring a skilled and responsible Delivery Driver to join our team in Faroe-Islands As a Delivery Driver you will be responsible for transporting goods and packages to various locations in a safe and timely manner You will also be responsible for maintaining the vehicle and ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately
Responsibilities Safely transport goods and packages to designated locations
Follow delivery schedules and routes provided by the company
Load and unload items from the vehicle in a safe manner
Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
Maintain accurate records of deliveries made
Inspect vehicle before and after each shift reporting any maintenance needs to management
Adhere to traffic laws and regulations while driving
Communicate with customers in a professional manner regarding deliveries or any issues that may arise
Requirements Valid drivers license for the appropriate vehicle type in Faroe-Islands
Proven experience as a Delivery Driver or similar role preferred
Good driving record with no traffic violations or accidents
Familiarity with GPS devices and navigation apps is a plus
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent time management skills and ability to follow schedules accurately
Strong communication skills
Must be physically fit able to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
Must be reliable punctual and have a strong work ethic
