We have a presence in Berlin for seven years, where an international team of more than 35 architects works on a wide variety of projects.

About the Position For our Berlin office we are seeking experienced architects to lead challenging projects in Germany, particularly in office, administrative, cultural, research and education buildings. You will join a multidisciplinary team that values design excellence, holistic thinking and the transformation of creative ideas into compelling solutions.

Responsibilities Lead and manage complex construction projects from conception to completion, maintaining close coordination with senior management and cross‑functional teams.

Integrate design, technical, economic and organisational aspects to deliver high‑quality plans and solutions.

Manage budgets, deadlines and processes while ensuring adherence to project standards and requirements.

Maintain communications with clients, colleagues and specialist planners in a confident, professional and solution‑oriented manner.

Qualifications 5‑7 years of project‑management experience in German‑speaking countries, with in‑depth knowledge of all project phases.

Strong architectural and technical understanding, with the ability to assess plan quality and address design and structural challenges.

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in German and English.

Experience with Revit/BIM, MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
