Architectural Designer

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Herning Denmark In this role you will be responsible for designing and creating architectural plans and drawings for residential and commercial buildings You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create designs that meet their requirements while also adhering to building codes and regulations

Key Responsibilities Develop architectural plans designs and models using computer-aided design CAD software

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the design process

Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for design development

Ensure all designs comply with building codes zoning regulations and other legal requirements

Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction teams to follow

Review project budgets and timelines to ensure designs are completed within constraints

Stay updated on industry trends materials and techniques to continuously improve design quality

Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in architectural design

Proficient in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit

Strong understanding of building codes zoning regulations and construction methods

Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications Masters degree in Architecture or related field

Experience working on both residential and commercial projects

Knowledge of sustainable design practices

Familiarity with 3D modeling software

Salary $1000 per month negotiable based on experience
