Part-Time Preservation Architect

Our preservation architecture firm is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented part-time Preservation Architect to join our team in Aarhus Denmark. This is an urgent job opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about preserving historical buildings and has experience in architectural conservation.

Role Overview As a part-time Preservation Architect you will be responsible for assisting with the preservation and restoration of historical buildings in Aarhus. You will work closely with our team of architects, engineers and contractors to ensure that the preservation process meets all necessary guidelines and standards.

Main Responsibilities Conducting research on the history and condition of buildings

Creating preservation plans

Overseeing construction projects

Collaborating with local authorities

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this role must have a degree in Architecture or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in architectural conservation. You should also have excellent knowledge of building materials, techniques and preservation methods.

Key Skills Strong project management skills essential for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously

Passion for preserving historical buildings and keen eye for detail

Excellent communication skills for working closely with clients, contractors and local authorities

Position Details This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. The salary for this role is 1600$ per month based on experience.
