Role Description
The Pensions Broker & Partner is a full-time, on-site role based in Copenhagen, working closely with corporate and individual clients to advise on pension and insurance solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing pension arrangements, identifying optimization opportunities, and presenting tailored recommendations that align with client needs and regulatory requirements. The role involves building and maintaining long-term client relationships, conducting meetings, preparing advisory reports and presentations, and negotiating terms with pension providers and insurance companies. The Partner will collaborate with internal specialists across the Söderberg & Partners network, contribute to business development activities, and support the continuous improvement of advisory processes and tools. The position requires a strong focus on quality, transparency, and ethical advice, while actively contributing to the firm’s growth in the Danish market.
Qualifications
Strong skills in financial analysis, pension planning, and understanding of insurance products and market regulations.
Experience in client advisory, relationship management, and needs-based solution design for corporate and individual customers.
Ability to conduct structured research, prepare clear documentation, and present complex pension topics in an accessible way.
Negotiation and stakeholder management skills, including working with multiple providers and internal teams.
Relevant educational background in finance, economics, business, law, or a related field.
Professional experience in pensions, insurance, wealth management, or financial advisory is highly beneficial.
Strong communication skills in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
High level of integrity, analytical mindset, and a client-focused approach aligned with being personal, analytical, and open.
