Do you want to be part of a fast-moving, dynamic, and international team of product and materials specialists working with designers to bring our beautiful PANDORA jewellery to life? Are you creative yet structured, and do you enjoy working with both trends, materials, and analytics?

As a Student Assistant in Creative Sourcing, you will take on a variety of tasks where creative thinking and sourcing skills come together. A curious mindset and a natural flair for culture, materials, and trends will help you succeed. If you show initiative, you will have the opportunity to leave your mark on how Pandora identifies and develops new materials and techniques. Then you may be the new student assistant that we are looking for.

Your areas of responsibilities

Creative Sourcing works closely with Design and our External suppliers around the world to develop new ideas and inspirations around materials and techniques.

You will be working within a creative and passionate team who are dedicated to exploring new paths to transform creative ideas into scalable solutions, always looking for the next generation of materials and applications.

As Student Assistant, you will support the Creative Sourcing team in creating the future of Pandora. You will be a natural part of the Product Design team to deliver day‑to‑day activities such as managing the materials inspiration library, exploring global materials trend research and dedicated projects, sharing inspirations with the designers, and maintaining our system, tools & KPIs.

Specific job assignments

Assisting in material library management

Updating PLM system with exploration designs

Contributing to ad‑hoc research projects and creative product exploration

Sharing monthly trends & concepts reports (newsletter) and participating in bi-annual creative sessions

Organizing Creative Sourcing tools and materials

Updating KPIs reports

Handling ad‑hoc tasks

What is needed to succeed

You are currently studying a Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in Design, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Economics and have at least 1 year left of your studies

You are a competent user of Microsoft Office and have strong Power Point and Excel skills

You have strong English proficiency, both written and spoken

Creative and innovative mindset

Passion for jewelry and fashion, and an interest in the development of the global retail industry

Great communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues across teams, nationalities and cultures

Structured, detailed and independent work mentality with a pro‑active mindset

Team player that embraces change and is energized by being part of a dynamic and rapidly developing business

We are a great creative team of 6 people, who work closely together, help each other out and appreciate an informal and humorous tone.

It is a prerequisite that you are still a student and have at least one year left in your studies.

Additional information

Working hours per week: 15-20 hours per week on average; fewer hours during exams and more when possible and required.

Start date: 1st of September 2026.
