Profession Executive Chef City Horsens Denmark We are seeking an experienced and creative Part-Time Executive Chef to join our team at a luxury restaurant in Horsens This is an urgent job opportunity for a skilled chef who is passionate about creating high-quality dishes with attention to detail
Responsibilities Plan and execute menus for both lunch and dinner services
Supervise and train kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
Ensure all dishes are prepared according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant
Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food and supplies
Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Requirements Proven experience as an executive chef or sous chef in a high-end restaurant
Knowledge of various cooking methods ingredients equipment and procedures
Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
Strong leadership skills with excellent communication abilities
Attention to detail in food presentation and quality control
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
Salary The salary for this part-time position is $1300 per month based on experience
