Information Security Analyst

Our growing company in Esbjerg is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team

Key Responsibilities Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions

Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious behavior or potential threats

Develop and implement security policies procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with industry standards

Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies

Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies in the field of information security

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security measures and controls

Train employees on security protocols and raise awareness about cyber threats

Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role

Strong understanding of network protocols firewalls intrusion detection systems and other security tools

Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools

Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 27001 NIST or COBIT

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications Professional certifications such as CISSP CISM or CISA

Experience working in a regulated industry eg finance healthcare

Familiarity with cloud computing security best practices

Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with benefits package including accommodation

Location This position is based in Esbjerg but remote work options may be available for exceptional candidates
