Key Responsibilities

Analyze existing computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement

Work with IT team to develop solutions and implement changes

Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure systems are functioning properly

Provide technical support and training to users of the system

Monitor system performance and make recommendations for optimization

Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for upgrades or new systems

Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role

Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, etc.

Familiarity with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle)

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English
