Radio technician

We are a leading radio broadcasting company based in Copenhagen and we are seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team. As a Radio Technician you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing radio equipment, ensuring that our broadcasts are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair radio equipment including transmitters, receivers, antennas and other related components.

Conduct regular maintenance checks on all radio equipment to ensure optimal performance.

Install new equipment as needed and make necessary adjustments to improve signal strength and quality.

Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repairs performed on radio equipment.

Stay up-to-date with advancements in radio technology and make recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.

Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operation of all broadcasting systems.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; formal training or certification in electronics preferred.

Minimum of 2 years experience working with radio equipment maintenance and repair.

Strong understanding of electrical circuits and ability to read schematics.

Proficient in using electronic test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.

Knowledge of FCC regulations and broadcast standards.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Skills Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues quickly.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary We offer a competitive salary of $1700 per month for this full-time position.
