We are seeking a skilled and experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Horsens Denmark.
Responsibilities Monitor database performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Ensure data security by implementing access controls and regularly backing up data
Design and implement database solutions to support business needs
Develop data models and create efficient database structures
Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth integration of new systems with existing databases
Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates patches and upgrades
Assist in data migration from legacy systems to new databases
Document database processes procedures and policies
Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role
Proficient in SQL language and experience with SQL Server or Oracle databases
Familiarity with database design principles and query optimization techniques
Knowledge of data backup recovery and migration methods
Experience working in a LinuxUnix environment is preferred
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Salary This position offers a competitive salary of $1500 per month.
Location This job is located in Horsens Denmark.
