Job Title Computer Support Specialist
Our company is in need of a highly skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Aarhus
As a Computer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email or in person
Troubleshoot issues with computer hardware, software and networks
Resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively
Install and configure computer systems and software
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions
Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
In-depth knowledge of computer systems and networks
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary 1800$ per month
Working hours Full-time position
