Teamlead for Software Development

As a Teamlead for Software Development you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of software developers in our companys office located in Aalborg Denmark Your main role will be to oversee the development and implementation of various software projects while also ensuring that the team meets project deadlines and delivers high-quality work As the ideal candidate you should have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively communicate with team members clients and other stakeholders You should also have a solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies as well as experience with project management

Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of software developers

Delegate tasks and assign responsibilities to team members

Ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards

Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure smooth project execution

Communicate effectively with team members clients and stakeholders

Track project progress and provide regular updates to management

Identify areas for improvement in processes and suggest solutions

Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or related field

Previous experience as a Teamlead or Project Manager in software development

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Excellent communication skills in English Danish is a plus

Proficient knowledge of software development processes and methodologies

Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
