Electrical QA/QC Inspector Support - Data Centre Construction & Commissioning

Location: Various Data Centre Projects Across Europe

EarthStreamare seeking an Electrical QA/QC Inspector Support to join our growing team delivering large-scale data centre construction and commissioning projects across Europe. The successful candidate will support the QA/QC team in ensuring that all electrical installations are completed in accordance with project specifications, client requirements, industry standards, and commissioning procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Support electrical quality inspections throughout construction and commissioning phases.

Verify electrical installations against approved drawings, specifications, standards, and project requirements.

Assist with the inspection of MV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers, UPS systems, generators, cabling, containment, earthing, and associated electrical infrastructure.

Identify quality issues and support the implementation and close-out of corrective actions.

Assist in tracking and managing punch lists, snagging items, and quality observations.

Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and quality documentation.

Support the preparation and review of quality dossiers, turnover packages, and commissioning documentation.

Attend site inspections, quality meetings, and project progress reviews.

Work closely with contractors, commissioning teams, client representatives, and project management teams.

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all activities comply with site health and safety requirements.

Support system handovers and project close-out activities.

Requirements

Electrical qualification, apprenticeship, diploma, or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

Experience within electrical construction, QA/QC, commissioning, or inspection activities.

Understanding of electrical systems used within commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data centre environments.

Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems.

Willingness to travel and work on projects across Europe.
