We are in search of a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in Odense As a Mason Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of masonry work including planning organizing and supervising the construction process
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the work of masons to ensure timely completion of projects
Plan and schedule daily tasks for the mason team including materials and equipment needed
Monitor work progress quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with company policies
Train new masons on proper techniques and procedures for various projects
Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction and find solutions to keep the project on track
Communicate effective with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements At least 3 years of experience as a Mason or in a similar supervisory role
Extensive knowledge of different types of masonry materials tools and techniques
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Physical fitness as this job requires manual labor such as lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
Fluent in Danish is preferred but not required
Salary The salary for this position is 1400$ per month
This is a full-time position suitable for men
