About the role: The Technical Solution Architect (TSA) is responsible for ensuring the technical integrity, stability, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions within managed services and operational delivery. The TSA provides technical leadership across incident resolution, problem management, change and release management, integrations, performance optimization, and platform governance. Working closely with customers, Service Delivery Managers, consultants, and delivery teams, the TSA designs and validates technical solutions, supports complex troubleshooting, assesses technical risks, and drives the adoption of best practices across the Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

The role ensures that solutions remain scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with business objectives. In addition to strong technical expertise, the TSA is expected to demonstrate commercial awareness, identify opportunities to enhance customer value, and contribute to business growth. The TSA takes ownership of customer engagements, provides technical leadership, and acts as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders.

The TSA also contributes to the development, improvement, and delivery of YAVICA services and supports customer engagements across Managed Services, SKG, and AMC. The role balances operational excellence, innovation, and customer success while ensuring long-term platform value and service quality.

What you will be responsible for: Actively participate in presales activities regarding technical platform topics, and collaborate with other stakeholders to provide estimates for environments set-up and handling as well as integrations and other technical related topics.

Participate in project planning from a technical perspective, considering custom development, environment deployments and refreshes, integrations, data migration, and so on.

Being the ambassador for our methodology and ensuring that our projects always are implemented accordingly and ensure that our customers are experiencing the same during the implementation projects.

On implementation projects you will be responsible for:

Supporting the project team members during the implementation projects, i.e., environment planning, software release planning, integration design, system sizing for performance.

Work closely with the project managers, functional solution architects, business analysts, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets the non-functional requirements, as well as the architectural principles and guidelines are followed.

We can teach you about the real estate domain, but you must have: (requirements) Experience working on many different tasks in parallel with the ability to maintain a high level of quality and a positive mindset.

Domain knowledge within Dynamics 365FO Finance.

Extensive technical knowledge about the Dynamics 365 Finance, Life Cycle Management (LCS), Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC), Data warehousing using Microsoft Fabric and Synapse Link for Dataverse, Unified Admin Experience, Unified Developer Experience.

Experience in providing guidance to implementation team on Integration strategy, Data migration strategy and security strategy.

Experience in working with Common Data Services (Dual Write) for integration with Dynamics 365 for Sales.

Knowledge of Microsoft technologies: Azure Cloud Platform, PowerBI, DevOps, Azure VMs

Demonstrate a strong ability to manage large accounts.

Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.

Ability to travel for customer engagements within the European region.
