Part-time Moderator

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-time Moderator to join our team in Aarhus. As a moderator you will be responsible for monitoring user-generated content on our platform and ensuring that it adheres to our community guidelines. This is a part-time position with flexible hours making it an ideal opportunity for those looking for work-life balance.

Responsibilities Monitor user-generated content on our platform to ensure it complies with our community guidelines

Review reported content and take appropriate action such as removing or editing posts

Engage with users in a respectful and professional manner addressing any concerns or issues they may have

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for online community management

Collaborate with the team to develop new policies and procedures as needed

Requirements Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Attention to detail and ability to identify inappropriate or offensive content

Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations in a professional manner

Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities is a plus

Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively

Prior experience as a moderator or in customer service is preferred but not required
