Job Description

Are you looking to joina global market-leading company that is shaping the future of Energy Management and Automation?

Schneider Electric is at the forefront of driving innovative and sustainable technologies across homes, buildings, data centers, infrastructure, and industries. We believe in the power of great people and are committed to driving innovation, diversity, and sustainability. Globally we are more than 150,000 in 100+ countries.

About the role

EcoStruxure IT is Schneider Electric's DCIM software platform, and its core value lies in how the individual software offers work together to deliver resilience, security, and sustainability across the data center. That integrated story is our strongest differentiator — and it is also the hardest thing to show well at scale.

We are looking for a Product Demo Engineer to own the "golden" demo for EcoStruxure IT: a single, well-built, always-current demonstration environment that shows the integrated value of our software portfolio, and that our global sales and partner teams can rely on and reuse.

This is a Product Management role, not a sales role. You are not building bespoke demos for individual customer opportunities. You are building and maintaining the generic, reusable, segment‑aware demo foundation that hundreds of sellers and partners build from — keeping it aligned to the roadmap and refreshed with every product release.

You are in Product Management by design: this role depends on early visibility into what’s coming, and it feeds real field signal back into the product.

What you’ll be doing:

Own the golden demo.

Write demo scripts and narratives. Create clear, repeatable demo flows and talk tracks that tell a compelling value story, not just a feature tour — usable by sellers and partners with varying levels of product depth.

Build for segments. Develop tailored demo variants and scenarios for specific customer segments, use cases, and verticals, so the field can show relevance rather than a generic walkthrough.

Keep it current. Update demos for every new product, release, and capability, so what the field shows always reflects what we actually ship. Retire stale content.

Enable sales and partners at scale. Package demos with the supporting scripts, guidance, and assets that let a global sales and partner organization deliver them consistently and confidently.

Close the loop with Product Management. Bring field‑demo signal — what resonates, what confuses, what’s missing — back into the product and roadmap conversation.

Partner with Product Marketing. Translate the product value story and messaging into its live demo embodiment, and keep the two in sync.

Champion the integrated story. Actively counter the tendency for the field to default to the single module they know best; make the integrated portfolio value easy to show.

This is not a sales demo engineer / presales role. You are not assigned to opportunities or building one‑off demos for named prospects. You build the reusable foundation those bespoke demos are derived from.

What will help you succeed:

Required

Strong technical aptitude with enterprise software; able to stand up, integrate, and demonstrate a multi‑component software platform.

Proven ability to translate technical capability into a clear value narrative for a business and technical audience.

Experience creating demos, demo scripts, technical enablement content, or equivalent field‑facing technical material.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills in English; comfortable presenting and building for others to present.

Self‑directed and organized; able to own a maintained asset over time and keep it current against a moving roadmap.

Comfortable working across Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Partner teams.

Preferred

Background in DCIM, data center infrastructure, IT operations, or adjacent domains.

Familiarity with the trends shaping our market — AI infrastructure, liquid cooling, sustainability and EU regulatory drivers, and emerging platforms in the data center ecosystem.

Prior experience as a Technical Marketing Engineer, sales engineer, solutions architect, or product specialist.

Scripting or integration skills sufficient to automate demo setup, data, and resets.

What do we offer:

Great colleagues, a modern working environment

Competitive employee benefits

Flexible working arrangement with opportunity to work from home (depending on role)

Opportunities to widen your expertise and international professional network

Learning and development opportunities to support your career growth
