As a Plumber Technician you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings Your duties will include inspecting and diagnosing plumbing issues carrying out repairs and replacements of pipes fixtures and fittings as well as installing new plumbing systems You will also be expected to adhere to safety standards and regulations while working on various projects.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a plumber or plumber apprentice
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems and materials
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving skills
Effective communication and customer service skills
Physical endurance to perform manual labor
Responsibilities Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and make necessary repairs or replacements
Install new plumbing systems according to blueprints and specifications
Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems
Keep accurate records of work performed
Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
Adhere to safety standards and regulations while working on projects
Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Salary $1500 per month negotiable based on experience
City Faroe Islands accommodation provided
Contract job with the possibility of extension
Note Biometric passport is preferred but not a strict requirement
Applicants must have the ability to obtain necessary work permitsvisas for employment in Faroe Islands
