Formwork Technician

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Formwork Technician to join our team in Horsens Denmark.

As a Formwork Technician you will be responsible for constructing and assembling formwork structures used in concrete construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Key Responsibilities Measure and cut materials according to specifications

Construct formwork structures using various tools and techniques

Install formwork in precise locations as directed by engineering plans

Ensure proper alignment and stability of formwork

Monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to formwork as needed

Remove formwork after concrete has set and clean up work area

Inspect formwork for any damages or defects and make repairs as needed

Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required, technical degree or certification preferred

Previous experience in carpentry, construction or a related field preferred but not required

Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Attention to detail with strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements

Ability to read engineering plans and follow instructions accurately

Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to think on your feet in fast‑paced environments

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed

Salary The salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
