Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer you will be responsible for designing developing and deploying machine learning algorithms and models You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business problems and develop solutions using machine learning techniques Additionally you will be responsible for collaborating with data scientists to gather and preprocess data for model training and evaluation The ideal candidate should have a strong background in computer science statistics and mathematics as well as experience with programming languages such as Python or R This role is based in Roskilde and offers a salary of 1700$ per month along with accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-local candidates

Responsibilities Designing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs

Preprocessing data for use in machine learning models

Training evaluating and deploying models into production

Conducting research on new machine learning techniques

Maintaining code quality standards and documentation

Communicating findings and results to stakeholders

Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or a related field

Strong understanding of statistical concepts and mathematics

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R

Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch

Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques such as data cleaning and feature engineering

Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud for model deployment

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills Experience working with large datasets using distributed computing tools like Spark or Hadoop

Knowledge of natural language processing NLP techniques for text data analysis

Understanding of deep learning concepts and architectures

Experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI for presenting insights from data

Knowledge of software development best practices and version control systems such as Git
