Our architectural firm in Esbjerg is seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis.
As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes, construction techniques and materials, and proficiency in using AutoCAD and other design software.
Responsibilities Assist with preparing detailed architectural plans and drawings
Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
Collaborate with architects engineers and contractors to ensure design integrity
Research and stay updated on building codes regulations and materials
Use AutoCAD and other design software to create 2D and 3D models
Provide support in developing cost estimates for projectsCommunicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
Requirements Bachelors degree in Architectural Technology or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural technology or a similar role
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
Strong understanding of building codes regulations and construction methods
Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
Willingness to conduct site visits as needed
We offer competitive salary of $1500 per month as well as free visa sponsorship and flight ticket reimbursement for international candidates.
This is a contract position with the potential for extension or permanent employment.
