Position Overview We are hiring a skilled Construction Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. As the Construction Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating with contractors and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Develop project budgets, schedules, and timelines.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans.
Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the construction process.
Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Must have own visa to be considered for the role.
Compensation Competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
