Help customers successfully launch Eonnum by configuring tracking, integrations, data flows, and workflows around their infrastructure.
You'll own the technical side of customer onboarding. You'll work directly with customer teams to understand their setup, connect Eonnum with their existing platforms, configure tracking and integrations, troubleshoot technical issues, and make sure data flows correctly from day one.
What you'll do Lead the technical onboarding of new Eonnum customers.
Configure tracking links, postbacks, APIs, and platform integrations.
Understand customer infrastructure and recommend the best integration setup.
Validate incoming data and troubleshoot tracking or attribution issues.
Assist customers with data migration and initial account configuration.
Work with the engineering team on complex integrations and technical issues.
Create clear technical documentation and integration instructions.
Ensure customers are technically ready before going live.
What we're looking for Experience with APIs, webhooks, postbacks, and tracking systems.
Good understanding of HTTP, JSON, URLs, and data flows.
Ability to troubleshoot technical integrations independently.
Strong communication skills when working with both technical and non-technical teams.
Good written and spoken English.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms is a strong advantage.
Experience in iGaming, AdTech, MarTech, or affiliate marketing is a plus.
