Computer Support Specialist

We are hiring a skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our growing IT team in Odense. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our company's clients. Your duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining network infrastructure. As a Computer Support Specialist, you should have excellent communication skills and be able to work well under pressure. You must also have strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented approach. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but we are open to candidates with relevant coursework or certifications. This is an entry-level position with room for growth within our company.

Responsibilities Provide technical assistance and support to clients via phone, email, or in person

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and escalat complex problems to senior team members if needed

Install and configure computer systems for clients

Maintain network infrastructure by setting up user accounts, permissions, and security settings

Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues

Educate clients on basic computer usage and troubleshooting techniques

Keep accurate records of client interactions and technical issues

Requirements Proven experience or coursework in computer science or related field

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-oriented approach

Proficient in Windows operating systems, networking concepts, and common software applications

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role is preferred but not required

This is a full-time position with the potential for overtime hours. We offer competitive salary of 1600$ per month with potential for growth within the company.
