Our accounting firm in Herning is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team As a key member of our team you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial records for our clients
Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial documents including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements
Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end close procedures
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and resolve any discrepancies
Stay up-to-date on accounting regulations and best practices
Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role
Strong understanding of GAAP principles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software programs
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
