Job Overview Are you an experienced Electronics Design Engineer with practical experience in high-speed digital circuits and interfaces, EMC/debug measurements and perhaps also RF module integration? Would you like to work with the newest technology in an evolving environment? Then join us as our new Electronics Engineer in the R&D Hardware Engineering team at the Jabra Video Design Center, where we develop high-quality video and audio devices. Welcome to GN – home of Jabra At GN HQ in Ballerup, you will join the R&D Hardware Engineering team alongside colleagues in Denmark, China and the U.S. Together, we are responsible for the hardware design architectures behind our Video and Audio collaboration products. We work collaboratively to bring innovative meeting room solutions to life for the Jabra brand, making life look and sound better. High-quality audio and video products As our new Electronics Engineer, you will take part in specifying hardware architectures and requirements across digital Video designs, facilitating integration validation of final products. Some RF knowledge will be valuable when addressing regulatory and hardware integration challenges, such as EMC debugging. You will typically contribute from early concept specifications through to product launch, working closely with internal teams and external integration partners to ensure designs meet the defined requirements. You will also contribute ideas for innovative hardware designs and help optimize workflows, coordination and design processes. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

Translate video product feature specifications into hardware requirements

Interact with silicon technology providers on specifications and requirements

Coordinate feasibility studies across relevant video product technologies and support maturation of GN reference designs across all relevant meeting space technologies

Develop video product designs through external development partners facilitating full integration of GN-defined architectures and concepts

Signal integrity assessment of MIPI, HDMI, SuperSpeed USB

Debug design verification of prototypes including EMC and RF measurements

Contribute with initiatives to improve our technology, methodology and processes

Work with the newest technology – and room to play

Requirements To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have:

A relevant education, such as a BSc in electronics engineering or similar

Solid experience with product development as an electronics design engineer

Broad experience across digital and analogue systems, measurement and problem solving – perhaps also RF systems

Practical experience with regulatory standards and type approvals

Effective collaboration skills

Proficiency in written and spoken English

Person Profile A person, you are motivated and creative. You bring new perspectives to design challenges and are comfortable navigating change and making decisions. You are able to lead projects from concept to completion through design partners while also contributing to smaller projects or technical studies alongside your main assignment. Perhaps you have gained solid design experience in just a few years, or perhaps you have already enjoyed a long career in electronics engineering. What matters most is deep technical knowledge and the ability to create results through collaboration while capable of independently driving electronics requirements.
