As a Project Manager, you’ll lead the way in client advisory, project leadership, and technical due diligence. From early involvement to strategic decision‑making, you’ll ensure every phase aligns with client goals while balancing stakeholder needs and compliance with ABR18 regulations.

YOUR TASKS

Client Advisory & Project Execution: Advise clients from early strategy through delivery and lead project execution in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, ensuring objectives for time, cost, quality, and risk are met

Procurement & Contracting: Advise on procurement and contract strategies and support tendering, evaluation, negotiations, and contract award in compliance with Danish regulations

Design & Delivery Management: Represent the client during design and execution, coordinating consultants and contractors while monitoring quality, progress, H&S, and compliance

Commercial & Risk Management: Control project finances, manage risks and changes, and provide structured reporting, recommendations, and decision support to the client

Stakeholder Management: Lead the communication and ensure alignment across all project stakeholders

Your Profile

Completed degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or in a similar technical and built environment discipline

Sound professional experience in a client advisory (bygherrerådgivning) or project management role within construction or real estate

Strong technical understanding, enabling you to challenge solutions and advise clients throughout all project phases

Solid knowledge of ABR18, YBL is an advantage

Proven ability in stakeholder management, financial control, risk management, and quality assurance

Excellent communication both in Danish and English
