Job Description

Junior Back-End Developer

We are hiring a Junior Back-End Developer to join our growing team in Odense. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers and designers to ensure seamless integration between the server and client-side of our applications.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

- Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, or Python

- Experience with back-end development frameworks such as Node.js or Django

- Knowledge of database management systems, SQL, and NoSQL databases

- Strong understanding of web technologies and protocols (HTTP, REST)

- Familiarity with version control systems (Git)

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

- Designing and developing efficient, scalable, and secure server-side code for web applications

- Collaborating with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic

- Creating and maintaining APIs for third-party integrations

- Writing clean, maintainable code and following best practices for coding standards and documentation

- Troubleshooting issues reported by users or identified through testing

- Working in an Agile environment with a team of developers, testers, and product managers
