A renowned bakery in Faroe-Islands is seeking a skilled and experienced part-time Baker to join our team.
As a Baker you will be responsible for creating delicious and high-quality baked goods such as bread, cakes and pastries.
Responsibilities Prepare and bake various types of bread, cakes, pastries and other baked goods
Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality
Decorate cakes and pastries according to customer requests
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to all food safety standards
Monitor inventory levels and place orders when necessary
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about products and making recommendations
Continuously improve baking techniques and recipes
Requirements Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
Knowledge of different types of flour, ingredients, baking techniques and equipment
Ability to follow recipes accurately
Creativity in decorating cakes and pastries
Excellent time management skills
Physically fit to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
Good communication skills
Must have own transportation or be able to commute to the bakery
Salary $1300 per month based on experience
Working Hours Part-time 20 hours per week flexible schedule
