We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team in Greenland As a Baker you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as bread pastries and cakes The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a creative eye for detail
Key Responsibilities Prepare doughs fillings and batters according to recipes
Bake and decorate various types of breads pastries and cakes
Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
Ensure all baked goods are of high quality and meet customer expectations
Clean and maintain work area and equipment
Order supplies and ingredients as needed
Train new bakers on proper techniques and procedures
Adhere to food safety standards at all times
Requirements Minimum of 2 years experience as a Baker in a professional setting
Knowledge of different types of flours ingredients and baking techniques
Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
Creativity in decorating baked goods
Strong attention to detail
Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
Food safety certification preferred
Salary The salary for this position is $1200 per month
