We are a growing IT company based in Randers looking for a skilled and experienced Computer Support Specialist to join our team.

As a Computer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to our clients This is a full-time permanent position with a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients via phone email or in person.

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.

Install and configure computer systems and software.

Set up new user accounts and assist with user access management.

Maintain and update hardware and software inventory records.

Conduct routine maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance.

Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments.

Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of computer hardware software networking and operating systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours when necessary.
