IT Support Specialist

Our IT support specialist will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in the city of Randers This full-time position requires experience in computer support as well as excellent customer service skills The ideal candidate will have their own visa and accommodation in Randers and we welcome applications from both experienced professionals and students looking for practical experience in the field

Responsibilities Responding to client inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues

Installing configuring and maintaining computer systems and software

Setting up new user accounts and profiles

Conducting routine maintenance on hardware and software

Providing training to clients on basic computer functions

Collaborating with other team members to resolve complex technical problems

Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in computer support or a related field

Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a relevant discipline preferred

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information to non-tech savvy individuals

Strong knowledge of operating systems hardware software and networking protocols

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Must be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload effectively

Salary We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position
