Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Faroe Islands As a Computer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients This includes troubleshooting hardware software and network issues as well as installing and configuring new systems You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all support activities and communicating effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met in a timely manner To be successful in this role you must have strong technical skills and knowledge of computer systems and applications You must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

Salary 1300$ per month

Responsibilities Provide technical support to clients via phone email or in person

Troubleshoot hardware software and network issues

Install and configure new computer systems

Maintain accurate records of all support activities

Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met

Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues

Provide training or guidance to clients on how to use computer systems effectively

Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role

Strong technical skills with knowledge of computer systems applications and networks

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and in a team

Experience with remote support tools is a plus

Fluent in English knowledge of other languages is a plus
