Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Computer Support Specialist you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience, as we provide on-the-job training. We also offer accommodation for our employees and encourage women to apply for this role.

Responsibilities Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues

Install and configure computer systems and software

Perform regular maintenance on computer systems

Provide technical support via phone email or in person

Train clients on how to use new hardware or software

Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment or parts

Collaborate with other team members to find solutions to complex issues

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies

Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required associates degree in a related field preferred

Strong knowledge of computer hardware software and networks

Excellent problem-solving skills

Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms

Customer service oriented with strong communication skills

Able to work independently as well as in a team environment

Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly

Salary As a Computer Support Specialist you will earn a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
