Our company in Kolding is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively plan coordinate and supervise all aspects of our construction projects.
Responsibilities Develop project plans and schedules ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Manage all on-site construction activities ensuring quality control and adherence to safety regulations
Coordinate with architects engineers contractors and other stakeholders to ensure project success
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for each project
Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management
Strong knowledge of building codes safety regulations and construction practices
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficient in project management software
Salary $900month negotiable based on experience
Location Kolding preference for Danish or EU citizens
