Junior Database Administrator

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Database Administrator to join our dynamic team in Copenhagen

As a Junior Database Administrator you will be responsible for the maintenance security and performance of our companys databases

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month

Responsibilities Monitor database systems to ensure they are functioning at optimal levels

Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors that arise

Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans

Develop and implement data management policies and procedures

Ensure data integrity and security by implementing access controls and encryption techniques

Collaborate with other IT teams to optimize database performance and functionality

Train employees on how to use the database system effectively

Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field

Strong understanding of database management systems DBMS such as MySQL Oracle or SQL Server

Knowledge of data backup recovery security and integrity principles

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preference While experience is not required for this position candidates with previous experience as a Database Administrator will be given preference
