We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Vejle. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month. Previous experience is not required but candidates must have at least a high school diploma in accounting or related field. As an entry-level position this role offers the opportunity for growth and development within the company.
Responsibilities Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
Prepare and review financial statements
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basisAssist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Support the senior accountant with tax filings and audits
Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures
Requirements High school diploma in accounting or related field
Bachelors degree preferred
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software QuickBooks SAP etc
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Must have own visa for working in Vejle
EU citizenship preferred
