We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Teamlead to join our dynamic team in Odense Denmark As a Teamlead you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals to ensure the successful delivery of projects This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in project management.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver projects on time within budget and to the required quality standards
Set clear goals and objectives for the team and provide ongoing coaching and development to ensure their success
Oversee project planning execution monitoring and reporting to ensure project deliverables are met
Identify risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Foster a positive working environment that promotes teamwork open communication and collaboration
Requirements Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role in project management
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically
Experience working with biometric passports is preferred but not required
Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
