As a Teamlead in our dynamic and fast-paced organization you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of talented individuals to achieve our companys goals and objectives Your leadership skills and experience will play a crucial role in driving the success of our team and contributing to the growth of our company

Key Responsibilities - Lead guide and motivate a team towards achieving targets and KPIs

- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement

- Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities for team members

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient communication and workflow

- Manage conflicts within the team and resolve any issues that may arise

- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress challenges and updates

- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and effectiveness

- Track expenses and budget for the teams activities

- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly

Requirements - Previous experience in a leadership role is required minimum 2 years

- Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Proven track record of meeting targetsKPIs in previous roles

- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in English both written and spoken

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
