Turner Supervisor

As a Turner Supervisor you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of a team of turners in our Faroe-Islands location You will be overseeing the production process and ensuring that all work is completed accurately and efficiently to meet company standards

Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct the work of a team of turners to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to high quality standards

Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines

Train new employees on proper techniques and procedures for turning operations

Inspect finished products for quality control purposes

Troubleshoot any equipment or machinery issues and coordinate maintenance as needed

Maintain accurate records of production output materials used and employee productivity

Collaborate with other departments such as engineering or procurement to ensure smooth operations

Implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees

Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Turner in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred

Strong knowledge of turning techniques machinery and tools

Excellent communication skills to effectively train and lead a team

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Attention to detail with strong quality control skills

Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Education A high school diploma or equivalent is required Additional technical training in turning operations or manufacturing is preferred

Salary The salary for this position is $1800 per month

Location This position is located in Faroe Islands Free visa and ticket will be provided for international candidates
