About the role

As part of a management team, you will dare to raise the bar on daily operations, build a strong and engaged team culture together, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Depending on your level of experience and the position, your responsibilities may include:

Leading and inspiring Front of House teams

Creating outstanding guest experiences every day

Coaching, developing, and supporting team members

Driving operational excellence and high service standards

Managing restaurant performance and KPI's

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and talent development

Ensuring compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures

Who you are

You are a natural host and an inspiring leader who understands that great hospitality is all about people.

Have experience in a management position within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or a similar service-driven environment

Lead with energy, caring, and accountability
