We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Copenhagen.
As the Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant ensuring a high level of service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Manage and train restaurant staff
Create schedules and assign tasks to employees
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the kitchen team to create menus and specials
Develop marketing strategies to promote the restaurant
Requirements Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Bachelors degree in hospitality or related field preferred
Must be eligible for visa sponsorship
Competitive salary of 900$ offered.
This is a full-time position with room for growth within our company.
Candidates with previous experience in Copenhagen or Danish nationals will be given preference.
