Architecture Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Odense. As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your main goal will be to ensure the successful completion of projects within budget and on schedule while maintaining high‑quality standards.

Responsibilities Oversee all architectural design and construction projects from conception to completion

Manage project timelines, budgets and resources effectively

Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and industry standards

Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Work closely with clients, contractors, engineers and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met

Provide technical guidance and support to the design team

Collaborate with other departments within the company to promote cross‑functional teamwork

Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies and best practices in architecture

Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field

At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management

Experience working on large‑scale commercial or residential projects is preferred

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations and industry standards

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

Exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders

Ability to prioritize tasks, meet tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in using architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.

Salary The salary for this position starts at $1,700 per month but is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.

Location This is a contract job located in Odense. Accommodation can be provided for non‑local candidates if needed. A valid biometric passport is required for this position.
