Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects in the city of Odense Your main duties will include planning designing and overseeing the construction of various buildings and structures You will also be responsible for managing budgets timelines and ensuring that projects adhere to local building codes and regulations

Key Responsibilities Oversee all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create design proposals

Develop detailed plans designs and specifications for new buildings or renovations

Ensure that projects are completed on time within budget and in compliance with building codes

Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively

Supervise a team of architects engineers and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Maintain knowledge of industry trends advancements in technology and changes in building codes

Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field

Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of architectural principles building codes design techniques and construction processes

Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software

Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients contractors and team members

Salary This is a full-time position offering a salary of 1100$ per month

Location This position is based in Odense
