We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Kolding As the IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our companys information technology systems and operations This includes managing a team of IT professionals developing and implementing technology strategies and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems
Key Responsibilities Manage a team of IT professionals including hiring training and performance evaluations
Develop and implement technology strategies that align with the companys goals
Oversee the maintenance and upgrades of hardware software and network systems
Ensure the security and integrity of all company data
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make strategic recommendations for improvements
Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum 5 years experience in an IT management role
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a team effectively
In-depth knowledge of hardware software networking and security systems
Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies
Excellent communication skills
Salary 1600$ per month negotiable based on experience
Location Kolding visa sponsorship available
