Internship

We are looking for analysts for our spring/summer internship at Voluntās at our office in Copenhagen.

The internship program is designed to acquaint you with insight into yourself and your human potential while providing a real, hands‑on opportunity to experience various assignments with our international clients. You will contribute to our work by applying critical and creative thinking on strategic issues and propose problem‑solving frameworks to address key client challenges.

As an Analyst, you will serve as a full‑time member of our team and receive day‑to‑day coaching when joining our journey to realize human potential. Voluntās is a young and busy community. You will work within our ‘Center of Curiosity’, named ‘Founders Studio’, where we operate as a sales and positioning incubator and creative laboratory dedicated to cultivating Founder’s Mentality and advancing Voluntās’ philosophy.

The Studio exists to simultaneously philosophize and advise, combining commercial sharpness with intellectual depth. As an Analyst, you will contribute to CEO advisory concepts, commercial and strategic sparring, and the development of philosophical themes that fertilize Voluntās’ broader strategy.

Your work may span research into larger existential topics (e.g., meaning, regret, silence), preparation of strategic dialogues, development of thought pieces, and support of initiatives connected to the Founder’s Voice such as documentaries, publications, and high‑level positioning. The role requires intellectual rigor, conceptual clarity, and the ability to translate philosophical inquiry into commercially relevant insights. You will operate close to the Founder’s agenda while understanding that Founder’s Studio works through the CEO and fertilizes the broader organization

Must hold a bachelor's degree as a minimum.
