As a Junior Accountant you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of financial statements maintaining records and conducting basic bookkeeping tasks Your main goal will be to support the senior accounting team in their daily tasks and learn from their expertise You will also be involved in analyzing financial data and ensuring accuracy in financial records This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career as an accountant and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial statements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Conduct basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and reconciling accounts
Support senior accounting team with various tasks
Analyze financial data to identify discrepancies or errors
Help ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Requirements Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field or currently pursuing
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively
Location Aalborg Denmark remote work may be considered
Salary 1500$ per month negotiable based on experience
Contract Type Full-time temporary position with potential for extension
